Downhiller Summary:
fast and flowing, fairly easy up hill sections, excellent hips and some nice rocky drop offs. Best bet is to go when it's dry, can be a bit of a chore in the wet, then again! what isn't!
I just wish all these man made trails weren't so off camber, in the dry it's ok, but in the wet- a death trap. Recommended Route:
Whites Level Other recommended trails in the same area:
All the routes in Port Talbot are really good and far more challenging than Cwm Carn- which is in the same area- approx 40 miles east.

Cross Country Rider Summary:
Went there for the day with my club and we did both tracks, 1 in the morning n 1 after lunch. both tracks were really good and well worth visiting Recommended Route:
Do the route thats on the sunny side if its quite cold and then swap when the sun moves round

Two cracking trails, both well thought out, well maintained and well sign-posted. A real gem of a spot close to both Cardiff and Swansea. Other recommended trails in the same area:
