Summary:
I ride the heath every day, whilst taking my dog out, its really not great although the two main hills are the highlights. I dont know what Lukes talking about, you can get a prettty good run down the railway hill. But anyway, the heath aint what it used to be, a few years ago it was pretty good, there were about 6 good runs to do and several jumps. But sadly bushes and such like have been alowwed to overgrow and now the trials are pretty much unusable.

Recommended Route:
Apart from the two main hills, check out the other two very narrow techinical hills on the other side of the valley.

Summary:
This place sucks!! There's one hell-steep run that ends in the stream at the bottom of the valley, but apaart from that there's nothin - tame runs with tiny jumps (if at all). Good for beginners and gettin your bike COVERED in dog ****!!

Avoid at all costs - I'll have some photos up at some point at:-

http://www.paradicephotography.com

So, keep checking!

Recommended Route:
Enter the heath via East Avenue, go straight and you will find the steepest run there. It's a nightmare and not really one you can do at any great speed - you'll see what i mean when you get there!!

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Anywhere really - Queens Park (although awful for downhill), St. Catherines Hill
