, from Nantwich Summary: If you go down no brains and continue on the wide track you come to a table top, and down that valley side are a load of drops and tracks. Then, if you look straight across after going down this valley you see the best part (over the little stream)! Its full of berms, rythmns, drops, tracks etc........ Its heaven! Recommended Route: No Brains is actually just one of the things at Dealmere. No Brains is just this one steep run which is for hardcore people, no jumps on nobrains. Other recommended trails in the same area: My trail in the fileds :P

, from Warrington Summary: NO BRAINS consists of multiple short downhill sections and singletrack, aswell as having numerous ryhthm sections and big jumps! How any rider can call this trail average is an insult to their own riding.their is a variety of trails to accomodate all riders, but credit goes to those who can ride the big stuff on offer! A great place to test yourself and your bike.

, from St Helens Summary: Delamere is seriously over rated. Its good for a short sunday blast, and has some very sweet ticky sections, but all the lads who ride there week in week out need to get their drivers liscense, a car, fit a triple chainset, and head somewhere decent for a change......if their mums will let them. 1 star only because its conveinient
