The Perfect downhill piste. You'll start at 2350 meters and end at 1400 meters. Verry rough terain not for wussies. It takes about 12 minutes for the whole route ( black piste). Youl end up at the end of the trail in an dual piste, which is verry nice. The trails are steap and verry technical. The swiss bike masters were ridden there.

Summary:
Make sure your breaks are working. 8inch of travel and disk breaks will seem like a good investment after this trail

Recommended Route:
The downhill part is a single 1m wide gorge.

You can take the cable car up or bike it up by going around the leftof the mountain and taking the gravel road. Very senic

The Local NTC sports shop at the bottom of the run in Laax will rent all the gear incl downhill bike and protection. Great people. Very freiendly and helpful. Even if not buying/renting you should check in with them as they know the area and local conditions.

Summary:
Being there just one day gave me a good impression of the area. De DH trail is nice, not to difficult even with a freerider (I rented a K2 Disco Monkey near the trail). The guys from the bikeshop inspect the trail twice a day, so its always safe to go flat-out.. Its also possible to make some CC/FR tours, but you should bring your XC bike. And if you visit the Frischi Bike Challenge Some locals call it the Swiss DH Mekka.. it is!!

Summary:
very nice and fast track; the more suspension the better! But do not expect something technical, it's a high speed course. Many nice turn, a few jumps (but you've got to be fast...). Very rough terrain, many stones flying around. Only ride that track with full body protection...
GREAT FUN!!!!

Recommended Route:
... just follow the track ....
