Cross Country Rider Summary: its a bit hard going on the way up and riding on the sleepers is "technical"at times.the descent is spectacular one of the best{worst}ive ever done.its a bit rocky with some switchbacks involved.damage to machine and man{woman}can be expected.the descent ends at the old mines where cast-off heaps can provide some fun.from here you can take the fire-road or the singletrack which is parallel but on the edge of the lake back to the car-park Recommended Route: follow the signs Other recommended trails in the same area: lugala' ballinastoe woods,djouce,tiglin,devils glen,moneystown hill,trooperstown,glenmalure,wicklow way,scarr
