By train:
From Stockholm City, take the commutertrain to Haninge Centrum, get off the plattform to the south and find yourself to the great open field next to the trainstation. Now you are at the trailhead.
By car:
From Stockholm, go south by taking highway 73 to Haninge Centrum. Once you reach the centrum look ahead for a large Telia building, go there and turn right. Now follow the road till you see a parkinghouse. Park your car here and find yourself to a passover bridge that takes you across the railroad. Now you are at the trailhead.
Now walk passed the houses and find the trailguideboard. Look for the direction to get on the Sormlandsleden section 5 going south.
