To Gilmans Drop

Average Rating:    (4.5 of 5)

No. of Reviews: 2

First part is a winding single track thru a thickly wooded round hill. Maybe a mile long. Second part, very steep side hill trail that goes in and out of the trees and brush.Trail with is only about six inches and mostly off camber with small drop offs. One jump the gap,one slide and some very steep down hill with turns at the bottom. Third part, short paved road then super steep uphill single track. And now you enter an area of wet roots, moss coverd rocks, off camber drop offs and some small narrow briges. Someware in the middle of all this is a rockie, northside of the hill dropin called Gilman's Drop. Maybe a two hour ride without snow.

Summary:
Can not really review this trail helped with orlayed out and cut a lot of the trail. But you better have real tires with big knobbies. Lots of front fork and real good brakes. At least Hydros but disk are better.

Recommended Route:
Only one way to ride this trail and ride this one first if you plan on ride any other of the trails.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Three poles. The Point. Race course.[good for speed]
