The best I've found so far so close to my house. Up a little, down a little, a decent singletrack out and back if you ride it real hard about 10 times.

Trail Directions	From Wurzburg go south on B13 towards Ochsenfurt. Pass Summerhausen and look for the locks and dam just north of Klein Ochsenfurt. Park there (or ride there if you want to save a bit of the planet.) The trail starts across B13 from there and climbs up parallel to the river adjacent to the vineyards.
