Summary:
This trail has all styles and is for all skills because it's so long it crosses many different types of places. Rocky path at the beginning, then rocky trail, then, it becomes Xtreme, then trail again, the you cross a forest, then, its sandy (or muddy), rocky again... all of this with a wonderful view of the big blue mediterranean ! It's an afternoon just to descend it ! The trail is more than 10 miles long ! Actually, you can draw your own path from the top of the mountain to the bottom of it !
Good decent ! And take care.

Recommended Route:
From Nice go to col de Villefranche, then to col des 4 chemins, then to the Fort der la Revre.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Chocolate mountain in St-Laurent, but it's way too short. I'd recommend it only for morning exercice !
