Thios trail is so beautiful, i recommend to do only the track from the ski nautique, it's the best trail. So, the great single track of the trail is just before the sea. You're at 230m higher andd you go directly on a famous single track on the beach, very very fun and beautiful. Recommended Route:
Start from the "centre national de ski nautique de Rocquebrune Sur Argens" Other recommended trails in the same area:
all the trail of the massif des maures area...
