Ridden Trail: Once a week

, from St Laurent (06) Summary: It's a rather tiring trail since it's located in the Pugets Forest Hill. That means that if you go down, you'll have to climb seriously again to the bottom of it ! It's rather short too, so that after a 10 minute-ride, it's finished, you have to pedal to the top ! Except this weakness, the track is well drawn, there's many paths through the hill and the feeling is good. Few rocky parts though. Only for XC training. You can enjoy races with friends, but SHORT races. That's it, if you live in the area, try it and put your review on the net ! Recommended Route: It's just behind St-Laurent. But I wouldn't recomend you to go there if you're coming from somewhere else than St-Laurent. When in the Pugets neighbourhood, ask for the Pugets Forest. The trail starts at the bottom. Though one can go round the montain following the road to start at the top of the hill. Other recommended trails in the same area: The Eastern part of Nice has much longer trails...

, from Nice, France Summary: Though this trail is more 1 or 1.5 km than 2, it's still great. There's tight trails, muddy after rain, but dry most of the year. Excellent for a short screaming descent. If you're more of a downhiller, this is not for you. This is for XCers since you go rather fast. Good visibility, bumps and slopes, you'll adore the feeling. Recommended Route: From St laurent, it's the shortest. Other recommended trails in the same area: In the area, trails from Col des 4 chemins would be the closest I think.
