Ridden Trail: Every few months

, from regina Summary: Although it is not to technical and does requier a big ticker to get up some of the climbs it is never the less not to bad. Look around a bit and there is some pleasant surprises. Two or three hours of exploring is easy to do. The riding is easy and can be done by most levels of rider. Recommended Route: As above, but have a little better look than mike recommends. There are some nice horse trails above the single track area

, from Regina Summary: I'd say that the trails here are average, and there is much better riding elsewhere in the province. The trails here aren't really all that fun, and this is a track that depends more on lungpower than technical skill. Much more fun are the trails south of Regina Beach, which are even a bit technical. (Imagine!) In summary, there's better places to ride, but there's also much, much worse... Recommended Route: Probably the best way is to just drive to the point and go north along the hills, then go up and down the fire roads, cross the access road and ride the little bit of singletrack on the hills facing the lake, then follow the lakeside path and join up with your car. Other recommended trails in the same area: Buffalo Pound Prov. Park, Wascana Trails and Avonlea
