Summary:
The complete TransCanada trail in Moose Jaw offers a variety of tracks. Aprox. 7.5km, varying from flat gravel, two steep hilly areas and narrow tree lined paths. Route is mainly single track of dirt, gravel,or wood chips.
The area near the Valleyview Centre is the more hilly and challenging.
The trail has been extended to the airforce base. West of Connor park is flat.
There are numerous smaller side tracks off the main trail.
Watch out for hikers/walkers.

Recommended Route:
Start at the Coteau Ave entrance and head west, turn around at Connor Park and go back. Each direction provides a different challenge.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Try the other smaller trails in the rest of Wakamow. Along the river at Wellesley Park, the valley wall along the river parks. Also check out the old Wild Animal Park area. All these aren't to far from the TransCanada trail. Just have to be a little adventurous.
