Good climbing here. If you look around there are some pleasant surpises. It is not to tough and not very tecnical but is pleasant way to spend a few hours. You are riding the cross country trails mainly so it is well marked. There are some good little down hills on the nature trails if you look around. Lots on mozzies out here so ride fast withyour mouth shut.

Trail Directions
The park is in the Qu'Appelle valley about 70 km NE of Regina. Go to "hole in the wall" in the park, if you can't find it, just ask someone. There are several trails that leave from here, one goes parallel to the lake and then climbs inland. Also the marked nature trails are fun, (except for the stairs)

Summary:
Good little set of loops with some really nice climbs. Good views of the Qu'Appelle Valley, looks to be the best area to ride in the Hwy 10 corridor between Yorkton and Regina.

Recommended Route:
Ride up and make all the right hand turns til you're at the top, do a few loops and rip back down. Good for 7k, do again if so interested. Check this link for the trail map (although some are posted along the trail): http://www.se.gov.sk.ca/saskparks/docs/documents/EchoValley_CrossCountrySkiing_20043214250.pdf
