Summary:
this is really a nice trail, not particularely "extreme" or anything, but a very nice trail ride. It would defenitely be worth the trip. The problem, however is that this is a 130 dollars trail. Thats right, in order to ride this trail, you have to pay the conservation ploice $130. Is it a good valur trail? probably not, but it is quite nice.

Recommended Route:
go to camp fortune and ask somebody

Other recommended trails in the same area:
all the trails in the gatineau park that you ARE allowed to ride, are not very stimulating, they consist pretty much of two metre wide gravel paths. Not fun. Go instead to the kanata lakes (and get lost there, its the best way to find fun stuff!) and go to camp fortune, some really cool descents there now.

Please disregard the comments made by Crude-Ass. He (or she) should not be considered noteworthy. Every comment made smacks of inexperience. I have ridden Foreplay through to the end of MO and then nailed most of the Whale (in the mud too). I will tell you these trails are not easy but they can definetly be ridden. Take your time crude-ass. I guess it is easier to complain and whine about something you have no chance of mastering. If he (she) can't change their mental approach they will always be entering unpositive comments. Judging by your comments I guess we will all be hearing a lot about your inabilities and insecurities about riding in the future. Take care, I hope you don't give up.

Recommended Route:
Foreplay to Mo to Whale.

Summary:
If you like a trail with no flow and a few retarded stunts then you will love this trail! You ride a little bit then you have to walk up a bit then ride a bit, stop dead, walk a bit, try some stunt, fall, die. It's like riding a school bus! Bring on the flames I don't care, there were about 10 guys there when I was there and they were all walking around everything! The walking isn't cause it is to hard to ride, it just can't be ridden in spots, too many spots! This place sucks, this is what happens when no consideration is given to trail design and everything is about where can I put my tetter-totter!

Recommended Route:
Don't waste your time

Other recommended trails in the same area:
M/O and Foreplay are the same, LAME! Foreplay not so much.

Summary:
Wow Wow WoW! This trail is cool and scary and fun and good and makes you feel all funny inside. Probably because you wet yourself trying the teeter-totter over the bridge! This trail is nothin' but fun and a great work out. I strongly recommend not riding this one alone. I did and was to scared to try any of the good stuff. If you hurt yourself here it could be long time before someone finds you. All the obstacles seem in good shape and are nicely built, sturdy and bomb proof where they neeed to be. I am going back with a fully and some knee pads next time!

Recommended Route:
Ask somebody you meet on M/O they will tell you.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
M/O is in sad shape, nothin a couple boards and nails can't fix though. The bastard beaver has flooded an awesome bridge that someone built. Almost made it across on the way back but took a little swim with the beaver piss swamp shit!
