Summary:
A essayer !!

Summary:
For summer of 2006 - they are not charging any fees to use the trail system, due to too many mosquitos and black flies (I agree!), and a lot of the trails are swamped in mud. What they have done is created a looping trail - used by the Gary Fisher Cup team - about 4km long that you can race your buddies like crazy. This is not a mountain so no real climbing here. Bring tons of bug repellant and water!
For beginners to intermediates, you get a bit of everything in there - great for racing.

Recommended Route:
Take Highway 40 from Montreal - go east towards Repentigny and follow the signs from the Highway to Presqu'ile. If you deter from this, beware cause you can easily get lost as there seems to be only one sign system to direct you there.

Well i guess it a fine and clean trail with alot of everything, but... it aint worth the 3.50$ fee, not that im cheap. But i completed the track in 45 min and did it a secoond time till i got bored and left. It not that it a boring trail, but it is a really easy one i wouldnt put this one has a intermediare. Any newbie can ride this, and if u looking for a practice u better do it 2 or 3 time

Summary:
Let's say something first: it's not a mountain!!! But whatever, it's really an incredible and fast XC trail. It's a narrow, almost flat and jumpy trail. You'll get a bit of everything: mud, roots, bumps, small descents, nice jumps (a big one that you cannot miss...) and the best of all: thousands of intersections with other trails for pedestrians that you can take if there's not too much people on the site. There are two different trail: the mountain bike trail (11 km)and the hybrid trail (7 km). You cannot miss them, there are signs absolutely everywhere. It's suppose to be 3.50$ to get on the site, but there was nobody there today, so I when in free!!! There is also a huge parking lot, water and restrooms, so don't worry about it. I've done about 10 different XC trails this year and it's but far the best one. Not only because the trails are great, but also because it's only 20 minutes from Montreal. This is also why it's the Gary Fisher team training site and competition site. To have more infos about this place, check this web site (it's in french though): http://sentiers.tripod.com/Page/velo.html

Recommended Route:
From Highway 40, take exit 97 and follow the blue signs.

All the other nice trails are at least at 1.5 hour...
