You take the 20 and get off on Welland. Turn right to the train tracks and then turn left on the first street (the only street it's called Elm). Stay along the train tracks and in not that long of time you will see some trails that lead to lots of jumps. You can also to get there get off the train stop Beaurepaire which is on the Dorin-Rigaud line. Stay along the train tracks on the street elm and you will see tiny trails that lead to it.
