Once a week

Summary:
This trail has every thing(but no teaders or ewalk bridges). It start with a fast smooth part with a few 3-4' hits goes on to a 7-9'er. the middle section is a very nice rocky muddy mufti lined wide track then it narrows to some fast winding single(still muddy rocky and rooty) and finishes with a ride down the end of a ski hill that is covered with loose rocks(hairy on a hard tail).
There are allot of sections on this trail that allot of people wont try there first try on it just step back find the best lign and go for it. For a beginer rider you might want to walk it first encase so you don't have to lug you bike up the hill. The key for this trail(and I guess for every trail) is Flow.

Summary:
This is one of the best tracks i ever ridden in the Quebec Cup. It has nice technical sections, with rock, roots, rock faces. It's even fun ot race this track in the rain when its full of mud, it hads a completely different twist to it. AMAZING TRACK. YOU GOTTA RIDE IT

Summary:
Some parts are really tricky, and if you're on there for the first time, I think you should stop at every little tough section, and pick out a good line. It's still pretty fun on a hardtail, but you might want armor if you're gonna go fast...know what am sayin'.

Recommended Route:
go to Camp Fortune, climb up to the top of Skyline, then go back down...

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Slalom course nearby. 6.9km xc course is a fun race.

Summary:
This trail is so hard I cried! An out-of-shape, pansy- ass western-wannabe such as myself just can't keep up with the big eastern boys on this one! (sniff-sniff!) My Bud belly just kept getting in the way on those impossible single track sections. I fell off my wimpy bike 4-5 times and skinned my knees! I recommend the paved paths along the Ottawa River for mountain biking-virgins like myself!

Recommended Route:
Leave from Camp Fortune ski hill. bring your kleenex. you'll be crying on this one!
