Ridden Trail: Once a month

, from Montreal Summary: I could say I enjoy the ride. Their is a lot of climbing, but once you reach the top, buckle your seat belt cause the rest of the ride is pure descent and enjoy it cause it's only for 10 minutes. I suggest to do La Sapinire and La Jaune at the same time, otherwise you'll be done in no time. Good single track with a lot of everything and you can reach good speeds. Other recommended trails in the same area: Do not do La Canadienne, they change everything to accomodate ATT. The trail sucksssssss!!!!!!

Ridden Trail: Ridden Once

, from Ottawa, ON Summary: Two looped trails (Sapiniere 4 km, Jaune 4.5 km) join each other to create one trail with a mix of wide-track, single track with short steep climbs and descents. The terrain is a varied mixture of hard pack, rocks, roots, mud with technical sections and a view of a lake along the way. There is also a one-way return 18 km trail ( La Canadienne) that I did not have time to checkout. Well worth the $2.00 entry fee. Other recommended trails in the same area: Couloir Arobique, Morin-Heights.
