Cross Country Rider Summary: Le couloir aerobique is a nice place to work out the cardio. Its all gravel road in the forest no technical challenge. If you start from the begining their is a little ascend all the way and you can ride at 15km/h but its on your way back you can easily cruise at 30 km/h. Very nice for cardio!! Recommended Route: Same Other recommended trails in the same area: at the start look out for the different trail signs and get on them.

, from St Anne des Lacs Summary: Nice little trail that goes from Morin Heights to St Remi D'Amherst, about 70kms. Not technical at all, but a trail that will take you through quite a few different ecosystems along the way, lakes, streams and what not. Very easy trail with some nice little comfortable but long downhills and easy climbs, if you can call them that (about 4 percent max). If you just want to take it easy and enjoy the scenary this trail is for you. Recommended Route: From Montreal take the 15 north and then the exit for St Sauveur. Follow directions for Ski Morin Heights, once there park anywhere you like.
