Summary:
THe best trail ever, This trail is the Cat's P.Js. They tore down some of the north shore stuff but its all good. Its good slalom racing. It's difficlt but with lots of practice you can do the slalom track without pedaling.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Adams run

Summary:
I hadn't been to Hydrocut in like 4 years, and unfortunately its not how I remebered it....the city has destroyed a lot of the stuff, and the trails have been really worn down, and some of the nuts trails have grown over. But there are still some reasonable trails to ride, its still worth going.

Recommended Route:
Get to Highland Rd, ride towards Snyder, keep on going down Snyder until you get to 1974 on those green signs. You will know you are almost there when you have to ride up that damn hill. Anyways turn right down the road at the sign, go over the train tracks, and then turn right into the path going into the trees.

Summary:
The city has torn down all of the stunts. I showed up on Wednesday wanting to do the 7 foot drop and to my surprise everything was gone. There is just a message from the city saying that the stunts were illegal. The single track is still okay I guess, but it just gets me depressed thinking about how good it used to be. Since all of the stunts are gone now I'm only giving the trail a 1 star rating. I would like to build more stunts. I think that they might have to be more hidden though. Sorry for anyone that's not local. It would be just a ton of hassle having the city tear shit down. I wasn't involved in building any of these stunts but I can imagine how it must feel for the guys that made them.

Recommended Route:
in hydrocuts

Summary:
My friends and I ride these trails once or twice a week, all of us with different abilitites from 1st or 2nd season guys with new bikes and guys that have been riding for years. We love the wicked single track and climbs. None of us are brave enough to try the northshore stuff but one day I will,I have only been riding steady for just over a year and this trail system is one of my favorites for sure.

Recommended Route:
You could easily spend a few hours in this bush, there are so many different routes to to take without backtracking too much.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Sweet street is definetly something to checkout, whether or not you can ride it.
