Very flat ground with many different terrains. In the loop that I took it switched from meadows with mud to thick forests with stumps, fallen trees and roots galore to a man made boardwalk through some thick marsh. If you're camping there or are around the area check it out

go into the park and take the long road in towards the campground. Once you see the entrance for the campground head towards it but don't turn into it. Once you've passed the entrance for the campground the trailhead should be on your left designated by a small orange arrow.

Ride in the spring, summer and fall when camping there. Nice! Wet stuff, bog, trees, deer, lots to see!
Watch for hikers on parts of the trail. No steep sections , but there is a variety of terrain-mud, sand, meadow, trees, hard trail...
You can even get to the paved waterfront trail for a lakeside ride.
