Good variety, with something for everyone. Grandma trails for all you sissies & hardcore technical stuff with new school stunts (drops, steep hills, teeter totters, ramps, log rides...etc) Trail system is not huge but new loops each time you ride is the key here !

Summary:
Lots of up & down. Dirt bikes have made lots of sweet berms on the many flowy descents, which are scattered with little hits. Southeast of the trailhead are a bunch of huge drops, sketchy features and a teeter. East of there are some of the largest dirt jumps I've seen in the York Region area. Northeast of the trailhead is an elaborate ladder feature with several lines and a teeter. Construction techniques leave something to be desired, but the tamer lines are pretty fun. There's enough climbing to work up a sweat, but the best part of riding here is practicing the features.

Recommended Route:
Park on the East side of Bayview, just north of the bridge (less than 1km North of Stouffville Rd.).

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Ravenshoe, Coulson's Hill.

Favorite Trail:
Balance your soul

Summary:
This place is great, just needs some regular maintenance from local riders. Me and a friend are making improvments to Balance your soul and extremely sick. The trials are used greatly but no one is keeping up on the maintenance. Awesome man made stuff and there are a variety of trials for all kinds of riders...

Strengths:
Variety

Weaknesses:
Needs maintenance

Great trails, but they just cut a road through it and are building monster homes. So ride it soon before urban sprall eats it up.
