Summary:
I rode this trail about 5 times a week before I mouved to Edmonton. I havent rode it 2-3 years but remember it well. This trail is not to technical but can be fun if riden fast. You can have lots of fun if you set up a jump to clear the creek beside the first bridge comming from Des Epinet

Personally I think that those trails are a once you've done you know by heart type of trail, unless you are talking about bombing the trail from start to finsh and/or making your own trail.

Summary:
fun trails, many places to go, for the first time for shure u will get lost, so go with a person who knowns them well

Recommended Route:
just follow the main path and keep following it till u see a long flight of stairs, then keep going straight on the bridge and look on the left hand side for falls, they might seem to go no where but there fun.
