Ridden Trail: Once a week

Cross Country Rider Summary: A really easy, nice warm-up trail. The main loop is simple, and very straightforward, not holding a lot of surprises, and can be done in 15 minutes of so by someone who's ridden the trail before. Beginners will have no problem here. There is a great lookout spot halfway through, near the ski lifts.
For those who are looking for a little more of a challenge, there is a Bruce Trail Loop just off the main trail that is about 3km. It is much more challenging, with tight (and I mean tight, no wide handlebars here, because you will be screwed) singletrack, and some really rocky and rooty sections. An intermediate-abilitied rider should be able to get through it in about 20-30 minutes.
Two downsides: there are a lot of hikers on this trail in the summer, so watch out, they pop up out of nowhere.
HAWTHORNS: THEY ARE EVERYWHERE, AND WILL DESTROY YOUR TIRES! Almost every time I've ridden this trail in the 2009 season, I end up with a flat. (Didn't get one in 2008, for some reason).
Bring: Tubes, Tubes, Tubes, Tubes, Water, and I almost forgot: Tubes. Recommended Route: Everywhere. Especially the 3km Bruce Trail Loop just off the main loop. Other recommended trails in the same area: Kolapore, 3-Stage
