V-Factor

5 of 5
The v-factor is a test of courage and endurance. The v-factor contains not only everything you''d expect from an average mountain bike trail but includes three v''s. What are v''s yu ask , well they are sections where there is a very steep downhill and raight after there is a very steep uphill (sort of like a half pipe, but much more intense). The V-factor has three (little V, mid V, and Big V). Lot''s of bunny hopping skills needed because of the 6" to 2'' logs cutting across the trail.
Coming down claire avenue,
Turn left on thorold road,
Take it until the end,
Turn left and clim hill to enter the Dykes,
Take the Dykes until the end,
Turn right to take ferry across welland canal,
Turn left onto the other side of the dykes,
Take it all the way until Allenburg bridge,
Cross it and turn right,
You are now entering the V-factor
