Weekend Warrior Summary: I live probably 5 minutes from these trails, these trials aren't really good at all, what me and my buddy's did was we got all these diging suff and we made little jumps here and there, just to spice the trials up a little bit, the only real rush is at the end or the trail near the hospital there is a moderate sized slope that has a big ass jump at the end, but thats about i wouldnt recomend these trails for any serious riders, i prefer fanshawe and bolar.

Weekend Warrior Summary: Plz do not ride this trail. It has no bike signs posted at all the entrances, and this is due to erosion, not traffic. Show some respect:/

Cross Country Rider Summary: This isn't that impressive of a trail. It's very flat, not technical at all, and often muddy. It's overly used and any single track that existed is now double track. It's ok if you just want a calm relaxing ride, but aside from the entrance, not too impressive. Check out Kains or Medowlilly if you want some good riding.

, from London Summary: Lots of fun to be had, a few good loops, maybe 20-30min depending on conditions, oh and don't forget to bring your slurpee so ya can throw the cup away when it's empty like all the the other cyclists. Recommended Route: Pick an entrance, all clearly posted with a big red circle with a line and a bicycle in the middle. Other recommended trails in the same area: Boler, Cain's, Medowlilly, Fanshawe lake.

Ridden Trail: Once a week

, from London, Ontario Summary: This trail is clearly marked at all entrances as No Bikes Allowed. I suppose the pedestrians should get this area to themselves(only fair as they are the cause of 99% of damage to this Class A Provincially significant area). If you stay to high ground it is mostly dry. If you get low to Spettigue's Pond and the associated bog it is a really really muddy in spring. Please only use in high summer. It is any easy trail except for wet areas. It is short but side trails and doing it in reverse add to fun.One of the best downhills and climbs in the area is the trail going up past the 500 yr old oak tree. Please dont race. Put out watchers to look for pedestrian traffic. Heavily used by other users. Keep speeds down. Recommended Route: Enter at Adelaide and Commissioners. Pick a direction and go. Other recommended trails in the same area: Fanshawe is good and legal but no climb or downhill.
