INSANE DOWNHILL huge natural obstacles with massive drops and creek crossings and big-huge-boulder-filled-near-vertical-runs. If you want to really try to test your limits do it. Be careful, it's a frame breaker.

Trail Directions
In Sleeping Giant Provincial park, (hwy 11/17 east of Thunder Bay) go to the trailhead, stay left until you see a sign marked "Chest Trail" and scribbles on a tree about how insane the trail is. Then climb for 2.5 km(mostly unridable = walk) when you get to the top there is a really cool lookout then turn around and go nuts.

Summary:
I like it.. a little insane at points, but I've always had fun out there

Recommended Route:
instead of heading back down to Sawyer's Bay, take a left and work your way towards Tee Harbour and then out along the main trail....

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Anything in the park... there's rumour of some trails before the park on the east side of the peninsula.. I'll post when I find them
