, from burlington Summary: not a bad trail, some built up sections if you know where to go......enter from dundas st and take the trail to the left once you enter the "forest"...stay to the right and follow a nice short downhill section into the valley and then do the loop back up to the top..makes a good warm-up....take the trail past Kerns Rd....some rocky sections, nothing very hard....you'll eventually come to another road, take it down the hill and hang a right on mill st and go to the falls on the left...nice technical sections down here and some hand made bridges/ladders/etc to play on......follow the trail to eventually go to Waterdown.....sweet trails in there. RIDE HARD Recommended Route: enter at south side of dundas street on top of the hill just west of brant st...... Other recommended trails in the same area: Waterdown, Kelso, Halton Hills.......
