Summary:
Blah, Blah, Blah, if you are absolutely desperate, have only one hour in which to do some riding and happen to live at one of the entry points, then its reccommended. Otherwise travel to one of the real trails just outside of Toronto for a worthwhile experience.
This is a lot of wide groomed/gravel baby carriage and joggers trail (aka Beltline) with some offshoots of singletrack that all dead end at 100 meters.

Summary:
The guys at Dukes built some pretty crazy shit in there including 15 foot bridges, ramps and trees to ride on

Recommended Route:
Ride to pottery road and Broadview. There will be a dairy queen on the hill and take the road down. Cross a bridge and it's on your right. Yu can't miss it.
