, from toronto Summary: hidden valley is an ok place to ride. although in my opinion the trails are really poorly marked, and it costs 5 bucks to ride there. when riding at hidden valley about 50 percent of the time you know what trail youre onthe other 5o percent you never know if youre on an easier or hard trail. but....they do have a awsome bmx park where mtb's are allowed too. in the bmx park they have some teeter totter's and plenty of awsomely fun jumps. if it wasent for the bmx terrain park i would of given hidden valley a 3 but for the terrain park hidden valley desarves a solid 4 stars****. I hope to go back to hidden valley in the summer of 2003. This summer (2002) i went three times. we go up to huntsville every summer and winter. and i love it. next time your'e up there try hidden valleys mountain biking. happy riding. Recommended Route: any. Other recommended trails in the same area: um......none that im familiar with.

, from Guelph Summary: New trails at Hidden Valley are relatively short from a distance standpoint 8-10km, however they are packed with great terrain! These trails are not for fresh/novice riders as the terrain varies greatly and there are many kick'in climbs. Great workout! I spent 1.5-2hrs there and had to double-back on the main loop in some spots, yet there seem to tons of smaller side trails with which to entertain one's self. The trails are new and rather rocky, so the ride is not super fast. The reduced speed is most likely a good thing on some of these trails.....keep your head up. If you are thinking of riding this site make sure you ride to the very top of the hill, there is a super view of the lake and surroundings, its worth the climb!

, from Keswick Summary: These trails are all freshly constructed and still soft (not rolled in like established track). This makes them somewhat more difficult as momentum is soaked up quickly. It is a small property and drops off steeply on all sides. Some trails are quite technical with short steeps and drops with some really neat 'goat trails' along some rocky ridges. There is a small section of stunts that include a teeter , some ramp bridging and log rides. Lots of rock shelves thrown in to keep you honest. The downhill course is fasst. They need a bit more trail to make this a full ride (epic) but its definitely worth checking out. This is the first season of being open to cyclists and there is lots of potential for expansion. Note: Not recommended for beginners, no whinning! 5-stars based on organization, difficulty and potential. Recommended Route: As above Other recommended trails in the same area: Buckwallow Gravenhurst. Porcupine Ridge Bracebridge
