Ridden Trail: Once a week

, from Kitchener, Ontario Summary: 50 Km my Don Quixote! 20 at most if you double up. Needs a lot of work cause the Ziggy's guys don't give a dang about resurfacing of maintaining rideability over bridges and obstacles. They want to fall in the muck. Rocks are good practice for Dryden, and some of the twisties are nice, not a speed course, more a trail based freeride, which is kinda strange, and difficult to work up a sweat. Watch out for motorcycles and dogs. Needs work, but is due to be obliterated by a planned industrial park. Sweet bits don't overcome fact that trails are f'd up by local guys making one of the bridges impassable (new loggy bridge is massively stupid - what were they thinking?) Recommended Route: Difficult to explain, but from main trail out of gravel pit you want left, left, right, left, left, left, straight, left, follow trail, left back onto main, then left, left, right, left, right, right, left, right, left, right, right, right, left, or something like that. Other recommended trails in the same area: Homer Watson, Lackner, Chicopee, Dryden, Steckle and Huron N.A. (Trillium)

, from Kitchener Summary: I didn't realise this little area had a name. It's pretty small. A few trails which take no more than 10-20 minutes to ride. I usually do it if I'm feeling like it and I've ridden all the way down to Homer Watson Park from my place. I think anyone could ride through this stuff. Recommended Route: Just as described by the submitter Other recommended trails in the same area: Homer Watson, Chicopee ski hill, Grand River trail.
