Cross Country Rider Summary: It's a good climb up to the top of a rock cliff overlooking the highway. From there it's up and down rocky/rooty trails, then opens up to a smoother forest, good for speed runs (just be very careful for people do hike this, so keep your eyes open.
Also when I was there people had built a couple jumps Recommended Route: enter across the road from the McD's in Gravenhurst, there'll be a small parking lot/turn around thing and the trail ducks into the trees up a steep rock slope.

Ridden Trail: Once a month

Reviewed by: John Charlton
, from Toronto, Ontario Summary: The trail begins by climbing up a rocky crag situated above muskeg. The path itself takes you along the crag's edge and then into a wooded area. Depending on the time of year and whether conditions, the trail can be very dry or extremely muddy. Other sections of the Hahne Trail allows you to explore open rocky terrain. The topography is very hummecky with bumps, drop-offs and other challenges along the way (Mooseflies!!!). At the end of the trail, one can take a dip in the cool inviting waters of Cornell Lake. This trail is extremely fun and is great for the intermediate rider. Caution should be made that the trail is not clearly marked... Recommended Route: Read Dave Gammon's review... Other recommended trails in the same area: Porcupine Trail (Santa's Village)
