This trail is a great place to cruise along to relax. It goes along the grand river and there are places to stop along and look at the river and wildlife. I recommened this trail to any family or group of people who just want some leisurely fun.

Summary:
This trail stays relatively dry and sheltered from the wind. Scenic, flat and nice for a fast 2 hour ride.
Great early in the season for LSD (long slow distance)training to get back into shape, Great in the fall for the scenery . Not all riding needs to radical single track.

Recommended Route:
Cambridge, GTO to Paris and beyond

Summary:
I recommend this trail for people looking for a distance challenge, it's straight, and it has the lenght to stengthen your legs. The trail is a great one for the beginners and appears to be put to good use.
