Summary:
If you work at the Ford plant and have at least 10 minutes for a lunch break then this is a good spot. 10 minutes is all you'll need to complete a circuit of this trail. Also, whatever jumps were there have been "Bobcatted" by Parks & Rec. Apparently it has something to do with the death of a 13 year old rider at a construction site elsewhere in the city.

Recommended Route:
Ride to entrance of trail, turn 180 degrees, proceed to different trail.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Anything around the Bruce Trail in Burlington/Waterdown is pretty good for beginner level riders.
