Theres mainly two sections of trails.
for both: head east along kingston rd. from markham and kingston until you hit Guildwood pkwy. turn right onto it and follow it until the first set of lights(the only set actually). turn right onto Livingston rd.
follow south until you hit sylvan avenue. At sylvan you can go left or right. Left goes to the Guild Inn and the trails in there. If you go right, follow sylvan ave. right to the end of it. The trail head is there.
