Their are free ride trails at the top of the hill. you just gotta keep your eye's out for them. Lots of log riding and some big rock drop off's. Other recommended trails in the same area: Wendy trails by the 401. Head up to the tower and ride down.

, from Belleville, Ontario Summary: This route used to be an Ontario Cup race course sponsored by Doug's Bicycle. It is physically challenging without being extremely technical. In mid summer there is a lot of poison ivy and sumac, so be careful. If you're unclear about how to get to Batawa, or have any questions about it, feel free to call Doug's Bicycle in Belleville at 613-966-9161, and we can either give you directions or guide you throught the course if our schedules will allow us. Recommended Route: Start from the base of the ski hill and ride up the west end to the top. From there, follow the singletrack on top of the ridge to the end. Decend the steep hill and make an immediate right turn at the bottom. Follow the access road to the top of the "grey stone" hill. Make a hard right turn after the tree on your right and follow the steep decent. At the bottom, make a hard left and follow the trail through the grass into the trees. Follow this trail out to the road. Cross the road and follow the trail until you come to a four corners. Take a left and climb the hill with the water bars into Sleepy Hollow. Start the decent and hold on tight, its rough!! Just about at the bottom, make a hard right and follow the trail up a short climb. After the climb, you drop into a little ditch and into a rutted section that's fast. BE CAREFUL HERE NOT TO CRASH!! Lining both sides of this section is poison ivy and sumac. After this, you will return to the before mentioned four corners. Take a left back out to the road. Cross the road watch for a quick right into the ccedar bushes. There are two; take the second one. Follow this until you get to the ski hil raod, and follow it back to the parking lot. Other recommended trails in the same area: Macauley Mountain Conservation Area
