Ridden Trail: Once a year

Cross Country Rider Summary: Very fun trail. The Lookout Bluff trail I find is the weakest of all of them.
Fin and Feather is lots of fun, especially because to get back you get to do it backwards. Have never had too many problems with traffic on the trail. Lots of ups and downs, some good climbs and fast downhills. I actually found the trail to be a little more fun going backwards as there is a section thats quite fun after you come out of the sand bit in the clearling where they have removed or burnt down the trees that has a nice flow to it.
Rainbow Ridge is a really fun track, basically a big loop around a lake. Also has some good sections and lots of fun both frontwards backwards. This trail had the only climb that I couldn't do which was around a realtively sharp downhill and then back up a steep rooty uphill.
Downside to the Rainbow Ridge is that idiots on their ATV's despite the provincial parks numerous notices about motorized vehicles have torn up this track. Still fun to ride but the first time I ever rode this it was nice singletrack, now they have eroded areas on an angle so that its double track in some areas and they have also really loosened up the dirty. Hopefully they get more strict with the ATVers. Recommended Route: Go in from the front of the Park Entrance, warm up on the Lookout Bluff which is right near the entance, and then make your way to the Fin and Feather camprgound to hit up that trail and then Rainbow Ridge.

, from Delhi, Ontario Summary: These trails are absolutely awsome! Went there on a Sunday afternoon and got in almost 21km all off road. This is great! Started on Lookout Bluff and made my way through the trails to a sweet dowhill that lands you in Normandale. Went back up the hill and got on Fin and Feather Trail. Rode this until I got to teh Fish Hatchery then took off down the Rainbow Ridge trail and also some other small side trails. I never got to go down many of the side trial and still got a load of riding in! This is a great place to ride, just lookout for the occasional ATV or Motorcycle Recommended Route: Go in at the Provincial Park entrance and ride any trail you find, they are all great. You can alos start from the Normandale Fish Hatchery (on the left a little before the Provincial Park) and ride the Rainbow Ridge Trail and Fin and Feather trail.
