Summary:
Mostly fire/logging roads going up, great steep climb to 1000ft. Long and hard, will get the heart pumping! Nice down hill section that goes on for ever, big rocks, I hit one, got a flat and wiped out going fast, two people on our outing got flats so take a spare tube., the down hill is through some really old hardwood forest that is worth stopping for.

Recommended Route:
As above

Summary:
the beginning of the trail is alittle up hill until ya get to a long steep climb but it is worth it. When ya get to the top there is a fast down-hill that you'll wanna do again but not climb the hill.

Recommended Route:
the old road to antigonish till you get to arisag
