Hardwood canyon along Clyburn Brook (excellent salmon fishing). Fire road leads to abandoned gold mine (buildings). Roads continue past mine for miles. Chance of moose encounters. Ranger cabin on trail for shelter, sign the guest log.

Summary:
I rode this last week August 7 2002. Great scenery...easy trail. Some rocky parts where the river washed out the road. Gets really nice up by the goldmine throught the trees.
