Ridden Trail: Ridden Once

Reviewed by: Eman
, from Halifax Summary: I am new to MTB and found this trail extremely technical. Hard to even know where the trail was a lot of the time. Very rocky, very rooty, lots of steep drops (for me anyway). Might be fun once I get my bike legs. I would not recommend this place for beginners unless someon knows of another route in. Recommended Route: I went in from the left side of the creek off of St. Marg rd.

Lots of trails, lots of friendly dogs and lots of MTBer's! Those person's wanting a challenge, a technical challenge, then head to Halifax. It's january and the trail is great.
Recommended Route: From the parking Lot Other recommended trails in the same area: None in january - Barney's River in Summer

, from halifax Summary: This trail system continues to evolve lots of "new" challenges. A fun ride that can be as long or short as you want it to be. Large numbers of users on this trail system! Recommended Route: choose on of four Other recommended trails in the same area: If you like the hand built "challenges" in this trail system and have an opportunity to travel to N.B. check out the woodlot at Fredericton. Bring body armour! There are some sick drops (some are eight feet or more)and tons of ladder obstacles. This trail system looks like a "northshore" clone.
