, from Truro, NS Summary: Well this place has a lot of variety. Some old paved road, dirt road, gravel road, single track and a few downhills. As a XC rider I can't speak to the quality of the downhills but I've heard from some people they are of good quality. For XC riding it is great. There are many different trails that are good for beginners to advanced. One thing you should do is go beyond the park to the water reservoir. There are a couple of good dirt roads, singletracks and doubletracks there. Riding conditions tend to be fairly dry in the park and a little muddier near the reservoir. In all I would recommend this area to everyone. Recommended Route: I can't recommend just one route because they are all inter-connected. Just start at the park or the top of Wood Street. Go to Hub Cycle in town on Inglis st. to ask about some of the trails.

, from Truro, NS Summary: Great trails for all skill levels - nice trails for the beginners, but also some extreme stuff for the extreme. Lots of trails that provide good cardio work outs. Watch out though, these trails are also favorites for hikers and runners, although not very busy the further you get into the park. There is also a possible "trail" around the resevoir, but I have never ridden it. Recommended Route: Look for Park Road off Brunswick. You can also enter at the top of the park - take Wood Street also off Brunswick and go to the very top...If doing this hill by bike, you may want to stop and have a drink at the resevoir! Other recommended trails in the same area: None
