This is an excelent trail. Very smoothe and packed. Easy to ride, not difficult. Takes a a couple hours there and back.

Summary:
pretty good trail, not a bad ride. You probably should bring a lunch.

Recommended Route:
take a truck to the start of the trail and bike the rest.
