Trail Directions
Route 245 to the Provincial Park in Arisaig Exit 27 off TransCanada at Sutherlands River About 25 km off of TC. We park at the Provincial Park and bike back up the road to Dunmaglass Road. Head in Dunmaglass Road and in follow the Bike Trail signs.

Summary:
Mostly fire/logging roads going up, great steep climb to 1000ft. Long and hard, will get the heart pumping! Nice down hill section that goes on for ever, big rocks, I hit one, got a flat and wiped out going fast, two people on our outing got flats so take a spare tube., the down hill is through some really old hardwood forest that is worth stopping for.

Summary:
the beginning of the trail is alittle up hill until ya get to a long steep climb but it is worth it. When ya get to the top there is a fast down-hill that you'll wanna do again but not climb the hill.

the old road to antigonish till you get to arisag

Summary:
Bomb track. If you like in face, crazy and technical this is the ride for you. Lots of good climbs also
