This trail isn't very difficult and it does take very long to do it. Prepare to get dirty. It is mostly a beaten road, with some rocky parts. Lots of mud and puddles. Watch out for dirt-bikers.

Trail Directions
first, ride to the top of elizabeth drive in paradise until you see a trail that leads up to the pole line. Get on the trail and follow the pole line up about 10-15 minutes and keep your attention on the highway to the left. Eventually you'll notice a tunnel which goes underneath the highway. Follow this trail and you will end up in St. Phillips.

Summary:
nice trail...variable terrain, and there a few side trails to the road itself. It is worth checking out.
