Trail Directions
Go to Nagles Hill in Pippy Park, just past the golf course. When you see a barrier, ride under it. At the first fork in the road appears, take a left to go to thorburn road or take a right to come out by the telephone poles, if you follow the track you'll come out by the golf course on Nagles hill. I would recommend Intermediate's to take a right and begginers to take a left.

Summary:
I would ignore what some people say about this trail as they seem to only give good reviews to trails that are more downhill/freeride in nature. Pippy Park is a good cross country course if you want to get your heart rate up without riding something as boring as a fire-road.

Recommended Route:
Go to the top of nagles hill, and you'll see the trail head. There's endless possibilities once you get up there. You can also get into the park from a road off of Mt. Scio, but i'm not sure the name of it and it's confusing. You also have to pass through this weird DND area.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Kenmount Hill.

Summary:
This trail is very boring. I recommend this trail for beginners getting used to mountain biking. I used to ride it last summer and i thought it was descdent but know since Earle's Bike Club, in which im in, built some of the sickest stuff in Newfoundland at White Hills. If you are a beginner, which im not, i recommend this trail for you but if you love to do drops and ramps go to white hills.

Recommended Route:
none

Other recommended trails in the same area:
If you want to ride White Hills and don't know the trail go to Earle's and ask someone. Everyone there knows what they're doin.

Summary:
This is a good trail with good rocky downhills. In the MTB trails of the Avalon book, This is rated 3 stars of 4 So I am going to give this 4 of 5 stars. P.S. Ignore the Thorburn Road directions. The trail is to complicated to understand.

Recommended Route:
Go to the top of Nagles Hill, go under barrier. Then proceed .6 km in until you reach a fork, take a left. Then take a right at the second fork. You should pass the telephone poles. Keep on following the track until you see the pond, then turn. After that, keep on following the track back to Nagles Hill.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
South Side Hills, Torbay to Flatrock, White Hills

Summary:
This trail is a good intermidiate trail if you go to Thorburn Road. It gets rocky with downhills as you go in. I would give this trail a 3

Recommended Route:
Go to the golf course on Nagles Hill, then drive up the hill. Ride under the barrier then ride the trail.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
White Hills
