Small hills - in summer there are spots which are very muddy and swampy.

Summary:
This is a SUMMER TRAIL! I ride in summer and fall ONLY!
I ski in the winter and DO NOT appreciate those who ride this trail in winter. PROVINCIAL PARK AUTHORITIES PROHIBIT THE USE OF THIS TRAIL IN WINTER! This trail is groomed for skiing and when you ride in winter you mess up the track and risk serious injury to the skiers!

Recommended Route:
DO NOT USE IN WINTER!

Summary:
The trails are nothing technical, and would be ideal for people who want to take a leisurely cruise. However.... It should be noted that bikes are NOT allowed on the trails. There is a sign noting this, although it was so faded that it is barely legible. I am not sure if there is a fine, and how much it might be, but why bother? Take a ride at La Barriere, Assiniboine Forest or some other quiet place instead.

Recommended Route:
I have biked there once in in late Spring. Your ride is pretty much limited to a few routes (more open up in winter for skiing, when the river freezes over).

Other recommended trails in the same area:
La Barriere

Summary:
Good trail but not too difficult. There are a few different routes, we usually do the mid-length trail.
It can be quite busy on the weekend. Good trail for beginners. No dogs allowed. Nice scenic trail.
It'a a Provincial Park so make sure you have a pass!
