Downhiller Summary: This trail started off with a nice decent. You could get some good speed. But after that hell broke loose lot of mud and one foot deep water holes. I liked having the mud and water because it gives the trail a little bit of callenge. Otherwise it would be to easy.Awesome trail. Recommended Route: when in birds hill from highway 59 go on north drive it's the first picnic area called Ceder Bog. The trail starts by the big map. Other recommended trails in the same area: bur oak, gravel pits

Weekend Warrior Summary: Try this trail in both directions. The first is downhill into the bog. Can be ridden very fast. Lots of logs, rocks, tight turns and then a good uphill run. Very short but an excellent workout if done quickly. Then go in the other direction, like a totally different trail. Recommended Route: Park at the Cedar Bog Trail parking lot OR cut over from Bluestem through a section of tall grass prairie. Other recommended trails in the same area: Burr Oak is new, at the south end of the park and designed for bike riders.
