Trail Directions
Turn off Highway 97 and head towards St.Andrews Golf Course and the Dominion White Lake Observatory. Park your vehicle outside the observatory and ride the paved road south for about 2.5 kms till you see a cattle gate. Follow the singletrack, ribboned trail up and west past a series of tiny lakes and ponds. Basically the entire trail is ribboned and you need to keep left at any intersections. There is one spot to note: at one point you will come to a larger lake and the road goes right-go up the hill straight above the road down to the lake and follow the singletrack to the left up the hill. Follow the ribboned trail.

Summary:
awsome mountain, but if you like DH and Dual slolam, go visit that mountain beside Carmi, it's Cambell mountain, but you gotta ride all the trails at Carmi before you go wandering over to cambell

Recommended Route:
get a ride to the very top of the mountain, where there is a parking lot, head up that trail leading off the parking lot and head up about 200-300 meters, then you will see a sign that say "Bog", then turn left onto a trail
theres a straight away for 100 feet then theres an opening, turn left down some rocks and wood, and your set for some shore and nice freeriding

Other recommended trails in the same area:
try different trails every time, there all great... best mountain i've ever ridn' on!!!

Summary:
from what I've heard, mostly XC (I'll do it today maybe), and boring.

Recommended Route:
uuuh, this is the problem. when I tried to find the trail, no one mentioned the fact that when you go through the gate, turn right immediatly to find the singletrack. I ended up climbing up the doubletrack waaaaaay high (top of the hang glider mtn) and then just bombed down, a bit boring, don't do it.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
OK, for some fun stuff, drive to the highest point for the bear lake acess chute, a short climb, and then a rippin descent. when you hit the second fireroad, turn LEFT and go around to the far side of the lake. then go up the trail (keep straight, don't turn right up that steep thing, that is another story). now this is hard to explain, every time I go I follow different deer paths down to willowbrook, just ride em & you'll find stuff. when you get to willow brook you probably will have really hurting arms. hit the BMX track and then follow the trail after it, climb for a ways, and then go left at the top of the cliff for a fun descent. ride along covert farms and then down. then climb up the road and ride down the HUGE gravel washout. yahoo. email me if yer gonna go, I wanna do it again.

The trail is a great all around XC trail. Not much of any downhill or technical terrain, but it is a great Sunday relaxing ride.
