Veddar mountain xc course

Average Rating:    (4 of 5)

No. of Reviews: 1

It's a short technical course that is basically straight up and straight down. I did three laps (12km) in the advanced race that life cycles puts on, and it took me 1:31. The time isn't the greatest, because I dehydrated on my last lap (ten glasses a day keeps dehydration away). The climb is brutal but the downhill is worth it. It is very steep and technical, with a few bridges and lots of very steep sections. All in all it is a great course.
